I am sooo not a Starbucks fan...and am soooo glad we stumbled on this place. My standard coffee place is Peets in Southglenn, but after having a carmel latte here, I am definitely hooked. I don't go to the mall often either, so it now is a real treat (or maybe now an excuse) to make the trek out there. After reading others reviews, I will have to try their salads the next time i am there too! Wahoo, I can't wait to go again. :)

Ebar is a nice alternative to Starbucks. Mall has a Starbucks, but the lines are generally long. Ebar has similar choices, and cost less. Nestled next to Nordstrom our family find Ebar a must stop each time at the mall, and having a caffeine craving. If you haven't tried Ebar you may be surprised.

I'm admittedly a big fan of Starbucks, but at Park Meadows, Nordstrom eBar is the clear winner. The line is way shorter for starters, but they also have some really fabulous espresso drinks. I had a nonfat dark chocolate mocha, and it was fantastic. My friend had a black and white mocha and gave me a taste-- I'm not ordinarily a fan of white chocolate, but theirs wasn't overly sweet and it was a great drink. The line gets a little bit chaotic, and I'd imagine it's worse when the holiday season starts, but the staff is very efficient and friendly and do their best to get you your drink as fast as possible. I love everything Nordstrom and while shopping there is usually out of my price range, at least I can afford their coffee. Definitely a fan of this eBar.

I was on my lunch hour and met a friend here. She had iced coffee and what looked to be a yummy peanut butter cookie. I had the cobb salad. I thought it was a bit expensive but once I had eaten the whole salad and was stuffed the money was not out of place. I was totally satisfied. I have been before and had some of their pastries and coffees. Its nice sitting outside Nordstroms and watching all the people go by. Yes I will be back and get one of the other yummy salads and probably a cookie. The staff is friendly maybe too much but its a coffee shop and a friendly one at that. I do love the cafe but this is my new find for he week.

The manager at the Park Meadows eBar is great (at least I think she's the manager because she really takes charge)! Even when there is a long line, she knows how to keep things moving, but never makes you feel rushed or less important. BEST DISH: Pistachio Chicken Salad (with sliced red grapes and dried cranberries...sooo moist that most of the time I don't even need the delicious red wine vinaigrette) BEST BEVERAGE: Hot Spiced Apple Cider (seasonal only)

As mall coffee goes, it wasn't bad!! They were pulling shots fairly well on a la merzocco. That alone builds some serious credit with me. Very slow while doing so, but they were taking their time dosing, and tamping. I can't fault them for being slow here, because the alternative is starbucks. YIKES. The coffee isn't out of this world, but I would go here before anywhere else I've seen in a mall.

SCREW Starbucks ..... this place is AWESOME. The customer service is AMAZING here. Whoever is in charge .... needs a raise. They are so helpful and very friendly. Try the fresh daily salads. Beware though..... once you devour one .... you will be craving it for the next month. DELICIOUS!!
